The cause of the anomaly was discovered to be that the right most engine’s kerosine pump came loose creating both an electrical short and high pressure leak which led to a fire, and a small explosion. The engine has been replaced, thermal protection has been added to the engine section, and a flame diverter was added to the mobile launch structure (MLS). The vehicle and payload are healthy and ready for a flight by the end of this month.
