11th moon from Arkkanna. Lies between the orbits of Kothrann and Derophus.
Rauman, otherwise known as Antarius ABVIxi (or Arkkanna XI), is also called "Romarr" by the Hypereans. Rauman is one of the coldest habitable worlds in the Antarius System. There is another moon similar to Rauman, albeit slightly different, Zadmor. Zadmor is less volcanically active, but it has raging blizzards and snowstorms that go on for weeks at a time. Rauman is calmer and has a volcanic atmosphere. Although the atmosphere is deadly to some species, the Hypereans can withstand this for days at a time, however, the volcanic gas concentration in their blood slowly increases until it is deadly for them, which may be fatal if left untreated. Aside from that, Rauman has a rough, dirty, and icy surface. Again, the aforementioned volcanoes also morphed the surface, such as the ash that fell and mixed with some of the melted/melting ice, creating this dark and dirty mixture that creates the gray patterns we see. Rauman also has rings, which, contrary to the surface and general composition of the moon, are not icy. Instead, it shares similar compositions to that of Alteraan's, Arkkanna's, Hyperius's, etc., etc. This moon is generally something interesting, as this moon's existence is puzzling (don't you dare deepfriedfrenchtoast).

Lore:
Rauman is the eleventh moon from Arkkanna and is by far one of the coldest. It boasts a small ring system, and surprisingly, it is not made of ice. The moon, however, is, and it has volcanoes and mountainous basaltic ranges. Along with a subsurface ocean only existing around its equator. However, these are dangerous waters, as the ammonia content is high, making life hard to grow here. However, the idea of silicon-based life living on this moon is considered, though all attempts to search for it have been proven futile. This moon is also geologically active, with various tectonic plates moving. There are also a lot of divergent boundaries, creating most of the basaltic mountains seen, along with volcanoes. Of course, there are other boundaries like transform and convergent. Rauman also has an active core, generating a stronger magnetosphere compared to the other moons of the Arkkannian System. There are also ice cracks scattered about caused, by the said tectonic activity. There are also large volcanic rift zones common in the basaltic regions. This shows us that volcanoes were much common in the past, and larger. Now, about its ice, it is rather a large ice-sheet covering the moon. Kilometers below that is a thin and shallow subsurface ocean found only near the equator. Continuing further down we reach the moderately thin rocky crust, then the mantle, and the core. It is speculated that Rauman is experiencing an ice age and a long one. So long, that I will not fully thaw for a few more ten million years. It is expected that once it does thaw, its atmosphere will thicken, and get warm, and Rauman will fundamentally be reclassed as an ocean moon due to the melting of the ice. It also has some clouds of water vapor near the volcanoes due to the ice melting into water, freezing and snowing, before repeating. There are also blizzards scattered throughout the moon, which are most commonly found near the equator due to the higher temperaptures.
Rauman's Hyperean history is not as popular as (see Kothrann for reference), but it's involvement in the Aurean Great War was. Though both moons were greatly used, Rauman was used for its materials. It was home to various stations and listening posts, primarily lying underground, using the ice to aid their stealth, by using the reflectivity. Rauman produces a material, called Larrabiss, which is very durable and resilient to weathering. It is also a foliated metamorphic rock, formed by Regional Metamorphism. It also has banding, which gives it beautiful and strange patterns. It is typically used in weaponry construction, as its resistance to high amounts of heat makes it a viable option. This is, along with the volcanoes naturally creating it means that it can be replenished over time. Unlike the Korelite crystals found on Shabol, Larrabiss is not made by the Hyperants and does not need a special way to be extracted. The only downside is that to get it, miners need to mine near the volcanoes and/or basaltic regions, where toxic fumes are present (if the volcano is active--to which most of them are). The Hyperants did use this moon, however, there is little information covering it. Since then, it has either been used for recreational purposes such as skiing the snow dunes, hiking the basaltic mountains, or going sightseeing near the volcanoes.
This moon is most certainly without a doubt a jewel rich in wonders. From its rings, to the freezing icy surface. From its burning volcanoes to the warm subsurface ocean. This moon is a beauty, and is something to be considered, like Kothrann. It will forever be cherished and remembered as the blissful icy diamond.
