hmm
try to increase the atmosphere height or intensity from space, or adjust the atmosphere color (the game prefers very mild, like, pastel colors, so going with very bright colors can often break the atmosphere shader)
it might also just be the fact that the celestial body you made is too big, as the game's render distance for celestial bodies is pretty short most of the time

if you mean the background skybox, then unfortunately i have basically no idea how to do that, i do know that you will need 6 textures and it's xml-only however
