A cold, dark blue gas giant nearly half the size of Jupiter. The dark blue color is remenicent of Neptune's dark blue bands, and both gas giant have many things in common. Most notably, they both have a lot of methane. Because of this, methane gives them a deep-saphire blue color. Although it does not have any moons to speak of, it does have a big ring system, comparable to that of Saturn. This system is found to be quite young (3.44 billion years), many Osean scientist speculate that Niser will have moons in the future.
