Sixth planet of Canaan system. Thule and its moons are among the coldest bodies in the system. However, despite Thule’s extreme cold, warm liquid water still spews from a deep underlying ocean. The low density of this world suggests it is 70% water by mass.
For a long time, Thule was ignored by the colonists. However the large amount water and deuterium present here has made this an attractive prospect for colonization as of late. During the Great War, this planet became the first shelter for people who do not share the extreme views of the Amazons, the Hoplites, or the Fundamentalists.
