Yes, they exist.
L-type stars are either brown dwarfs or ultra low-mass main sequance stars (this one being a ultra low-mass main sequence star). They have lifespans of tens of trillions of years, making them have lifespans many times longer than a M-type main sequence stars. They might have started as late M-dwarfs. Spectral class L1.5V. Also, they don't seem to have much brown in them, so I made this thing super dark blood-red.
