A rocky habitable planet with wildly varying terrain. Many signs point to its mysterious former self, including plating-like terrain, several inactive volcanoes, and strong wind currents, suggesting that it was much more unstable in its earlier stages. Cyrrius is a strange planet with even stranger moons, those being the elongated, closely-orbiting Exlungadus, the spiky Pirzer, and the two relatively normal moons Crakliuzo and Hegameh. The planet is a popular tourist destination due to its great views and diversity, close distance between it and Merak, and the habitable atmosphere allowing for easier movement as cumbersome spacesuits are not needed.

- 52% nitrogen

i had to restart my Mortan savefile due to an issue with tidal locking, so that might also fix some ECB planets

ah the at atmosphere is not that thick anymore.
oh by the way, the 1.3 version had the famous and annoying "engine cutoff bug".
clouds yes
although i'm no expert in clouds, the main streak-like ones could probably be classed as cirrus clouds (most closely matching cirrus fibratus), pretty ironic considering the planet name, eh?
cirrus clouds do actually appear on extraterrestrial objects too, including Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Titan, Uranus, and Neptune, so chances are that an exoplanet similar to Cyrrius could actually exist!
