Ruastu
The methane rich moon with abnormal high temperature was called Taurus in the past. With the rising temperature, the surface condition went far beyond the vaporizing point of methane and similar organics, causing insane greenhouse effect. Ruastu became a chemical reaction chamber with mild temperature around 230K but extreme pressure. Under this condition, some weird chemical reaction caused the surface covered with organic componds and phosphate. Some light emission are formed by the phosphate. The atmosphere is filled with hydrogen and methane.
I strongly suggest to use a propellar craft to explore this planet, and only use your rocket engine when in high altitude, or you will very likely to cost a lot of deltaV fighting against the atmosphere.
