Mithra 750

Mithra 750 is an extremely rare sub-supermassive black hole and shares a binary orbit with the black hole Tysoval. Based on current predictions, it’s likely that this orbit will decay in around 3.5 billion years and the black holes will eventually collide.
Mithra also has a very interesting system of planets.
The TAL-27000 computer has been given the task of exploring these distant worlds while the main ship continues on it’s tragectory towards Tysoval.
Out of all our computer minds, this one was selected for it’s advanced mental reasoning.
While testing moral decision making, TAL-27000 was given a situation where it had to decide between brewing a vegetable stock for soup or making it’s own beef stock from a living cow. This test usually filters out the worst A.I systems. Not only did it pick the correct answer, while thinking inside the framework of this situation, TAL pointed out that it could build a barn for the cow and presented a power point presentation on how to contruct the barn without harming wood dwelling insects.
The vetetable soup would then be brewed by a complex system built into the barn and could also be used as a rocket fuel for a strange type of engine it called the Ultra-Barn-Drive. TAL is still developing this concept for interstellar travel.
We’ve given it a fleet of small probes and a universal contructor to build anything it may need.
This unmanned survey of Mithra will complement the manned exploration of Tysoval by helping us discover resources for future terraforming and biosphere projects.
