Arkkana is a big, habitable, and breathable gas giant with a composition of Water, Nitrogen, Water Vapor, Oxygen, Ammonia, Hydrogen, and Helium. It has a very strong magnetic field as shown big its beautiful auroras, and its color is blue or cyan thanks to oxygen and water vapor.

Many citizens and authorities reside here, either for living and prosperity, or for other things like jobs, military patrols, mining(the gases or rings), and others.

Its rings are likely caused by shattered moons, or other factors such as asteroids pulled from the Alpha Belt, or the Beta Belt. It could also explain how its numerous moons formed, along with how Argo and Torrah got their rings.
