A desert planet with no oceans, it is thought that the oceans have evaporated quite recently as evidence by the few and new craters on its surface.
The ground is covered in a very fine sand most likely formed from vapourised rock originating from a collision, however this is unconfirmed.
It is the brightest planet in the night sky outshining Cyclo.
