Auto Credit Based on Zenithspeed's Vantormia
Vantormia, a red/orange gas giant with a cruel history. It started out like any other gas planet, but its atmosphere was weaker than most others of its size. Most of it got blown away by cosmic winds, or perhaps fed to a legendary cosmic entity. Whatever the case might be, the faded atmosphere, composed mainly of carbon dioxide and helium, allows for a low enough density to build small, floating bases that are only held up by the air itself, although currently only Vantormia Base Alpha is operational.
