It has low gravity for its size, and the surface is bumpy with a lot of boulders. Scientists are debating whether this should be a planet or not, just like what's happening with Lifotret. (Most people would agree that this should be a planet.) People believe this body is called a dwarf planet because of its low gravity and elliptical orbit. This dwarf planet is the largest body in the asteroid belt. The asteroid belt still exists, but is much smaller... because of this thing.
