Phaedra has a relatively thick oxygenated atmosphere, if life were to emerge, it would likely be similar to that of Titan, albeit not as cold. On the surface, heavy cloud coverage and endless snowfall dominate the weather patterns. There are some water lakes on the surface which come from recent impact events which heated the surface.
