A super habitable moon with full control by the United Alteraan Confederacy (UAC). Another term for the UAC is the old name, of the United Alteraan Empire Federation, but UAC is used more by the Alluetians
Alluetians are overprotective of Alteraan, and because of this, any other alien species needs special access to enter not only Alteraan but also all of the Arkkanian Planetary System

Lore
A habitable and breathable moon of Arkkana. This host life and a variety of it, and is complex just as Earth's life is. It is very similar to Earth, albeit a bit smaller, and has lower gravity (0.875g). It has beautiful mountains, just like Earth's. Alteraan is also known for its core. It has a very active core, and because of that, tectonic movements, have led to these wonderful mountains and canyons the Alteraan still beholds. Its plants use the pigment, Carotenoids, which makes them look red. It is unknown why, but on Shiron, its plants are red-purple, which hints that Alteraan Prime uses a mixture of Retinol, a purple pigment, and the said Carotenoids.
The most defended and heavily fortified celestial body in all of the Tempris System. Aside from its beautiful appearance, its fauna, and flora are as complex as Earth's and dangerous.
It is unknown how its rings are formed, AND HOW A MOON WAS ALSO ABLE TO FORM JUST OUTSIDE THOSE RINGS?! Aside from its puzzling, yet beautiful rings, Antarrio may be holding the most intriguing and interesting secrets ever. Since its rings are rocky and primarily ores and silicates, the mining industry mostly lies here, while mining is safe and close to home. Though the safety is not guaranteed, as there is always piracy.
