Thallo is the fourth moon of Hectarus. Thallo has a similar structure and composition to Selene, and its surface also shows signs of tectonic activity, though Thallo is tectonically dormant like Ganymede in the solar system. Thallo is the first moon to orbit beyond Hectarus' Van Allen belts.
Thallo had a human colony established on it to act as the primary point from which to launch massive payloads to the outer Beta Virginis system.

@TheD3n It orbits around an exoplanet gas giant; the gas giant does look pretty much exactly like Jupiter, it sits in a proportionally similar orbit around a Sun-like star, thats why. Thallo along with Eriene were chosen as human colonization targets; as for the names, Thallo and Eriene are both Greek mythological figures that personify peace and spring, and they're related, that's why the names were chosen.
