@Aviametal I can do I tutorial. I know eyov2's tutorial but it says nothing and how to actually add clouds. To summarize it,
In the Final Pass, you put a noise (high octaves give it more detail, and strength gives the noise bold), then a clamp, then right under that, a ColorBlend, and put CUBEMAP in EnabledwithSymbols so that way, it appears in scaled space.
