Auto Credit Based on ExoFlight's Cooper
Second moon of Theia. Covered in ice of water and sulphur dioxide, with atmosphere of chlorine and methane, this moon cant support life. We fount a huge cryo volcano, that eject water vapor and carbon dioxyde from underground ocean. The surface is unstable and more cryo volcanoes can appear, filling atmosphere and run greenhouse effect. This will globally impact on climate.
The moon's name reminds me guy from Interstellar movie.

Using structures to mark the names of surface features of interest on the system map is actually pretty ingenious, that cryovolcano looks very nice as well, though I would recommend moving to making planets with the blank template.
