Isomia is a superhabitable planet orbiting the F-type star Hisuthea.
Isomia has liquid water oceans and vegetation on its surface.
The weather on Isomia is chaotic, with tropical cyclones being not that rare, fast winds, and very common rain.
Almost all land on Isomia has vegetation, with a small part of the land being deserts.
Isomia has lots of impact craters on its surface, showing that its surface is relatively old. This might be the cause for numerous extinction events that have happened over the history of the planet.
Isomia is ONE OF
the only planet S
in the system to harbor intelligent life.
Isomia, along with the other planets in the system, are estimated to be more than 6 billion years old.
The gravity on Isomia is a bit higher than that of Earth.
Isomia has four moons: Obos, a small moon being ripped apart by Isomia's gravity. Dranov, a small dark moon. Nezoth, a spherical moon with liquid water lakes. Okenia, a moon very similar to Isomia, with no vegetation or ice caps.
Isomia is home to a lot of species and types of plants.
Changes:
Completely remade the planet from scratch using the blank template (The original was made on the terrestrial template).
Remade clouds once again.
Added actually good ice caps
Remade description
Added craters
Updated ambient lightning to be more realistic
Revamped continents and biomes.

@H3itorrrr blank template, i built the planet myself. Originial isomia was made with terrestrial but i switched to blank due to it being easier to manage (at least for me)

@AK5Z for the continents, when i was adding the ice caps, the game for some reason just decided to place the continents around the equator, (possibly due to the ice caps taking too much space) but i wasnt bothered to fix it because it looked nice. the shorelines of the polar regions were made by using the generate height combined with, update height, and a noise to go with it. then i just decrease the height of the noise until some parts are submerged, causing this effect

Another question, how did you set the continents set around the equator? And make the rigid shorelines of the polar regions?

@VerySmarte I guess it is better to ask than to wreck my computer? (lol)

@JanusSpaceIndustries click on a pass and then click the plus (+) button at the top. this will allow you to search for a modifier to use for the planet

@JanusSpaceIndustries this is a bit complex to explain so i'll just simplify it;
for the ice caps, i made a "poles" biome that has this white colour and ice texture. then on the biome pass (the pass that creates biomes on the surface of the planet) i just add a noise that just changes the size of the ice caps, and a remap curve, which basically sets the biome to only appear in certain places in the planet (the Y axis in this case). as for the geology its just a blue biome with a slightly darker subbiome. the shape of the continents were made using a value fractal noise with a high frequency (that means it'll appear more) + generate height. the craters are the "craters 1" modifier, which creates customizable craters on the planet. as for the clouds, it's just a perlin fractal noise on the final pass, with a domain warping axial twist, which makes these "swirly" clouds. -

How did you make this from blank? Especially the ice caps and desert/biome variation? Basically, how did you make mountains, the diverse geology, and the swirly clouds?

@VerySmarte seriously i don't know how to change the Blank template, i can just add like terrain, water and atmosphere but nothing like do mountains or continents, i wish i knew how to use blank template, since you can make infinite and different planets in it.
