The liquid here have two forms. The major one which is also the colder kind, is similar to antifreeze, which means high ethylene glycol content. The fewer one which is also the warmer kind, is just water. The previous one made up the ocean on the surface, and it is about -20 Celsius Degree (-4 Fahrenheit Degree). The latter one can only be found in geysers.
The life form here call themselves “Lomins”, which lives around the geysers. They have gone into Mid-Industry Era. The planet is now under the control of Terra Corporation, that is using the ocean liquid as a kind of chemical raw materials. The corporation uses local individuals as workers. However, Droonian Republic and Coralpolis-Arestian Federation believed that the workers are paid with very low prices, the corporation see these as rumours.

@Drood1538408 oh wait I forgot to mention, C.A.F. is actually a socialism Federation, and has planned economy, Droonian Republic is the democratic nation. But it is okay, since C.A.F. is in the same faction with Droonian Republic in the Third Galatic War.
