A large moon composed of silicate material.

The surface is covered in sand, deep in the surface layer of Qafids rocks and caves contain water and suggests that the moon had an ocean. Large amounts of glass suggest that a cataclysm vapourised a large amount of the ocean and blew the atmosphere away.

The ice and water on other Cohodisra moons does not explain the loss of Qafids' water although a lack of radioactive elements and abundance of decay products suggests some sort of radioactive event caused a lot of thermal energy to be produced, destroying the ancient oceans and atmosphere of Qafids.

Only a small diffuse atmosphere remains
