There are no good theories to explain the high concentration of blue compunds. The blue compounds most likely came from asteroid collisions, there is a high concentration of blue compouds and low concentration of volatile compunds that would evaporate under collisions, which supports the theory and thus is the most well accepted theory.
This doesn't explain the large quantity of Dalkso rocks present in its core
The planet has a blue atmosphere characteristic of its fine Cobalt dust. A highly concentrated Copper Sulfate solution covers the surface in large "pools". It has a crazy surface with massive mountains.
