    Black hole: easy mode. Hard mode would be an escape velocity of 2c.

    I would suggest here to do what you did with the Pulsar but to an even greater extreme: reduce the radius to as small as possible, as a black hole technically has no surface, being infinitely compressed down to Planck length as a ‘singularity’. The surface we see is the event horizon, where orbital velocity= 300Mm/sec, or c as in the speed of light.
