I have done the "Get to orbit fast." mission and the Ali Pad was unlocked afterwards (not 100% as I didn't try). Yet having restarted the game it is now no longer unlocked and the get to orbit mission is not in the list of possible missions anymore.

This should be fixed now. Let us know if you are still seeing this after updating to 0.9.999.9999, which was just released a few minutes ago. Thanks for helping us beta test!
