It would be really cool if there was a way to set a max speed a wheel can go without it locking up, would be helpful for making vehicles with “gear ranges”
Add a Element inside of wheel tinker panel to limit the speed of it

@VectorY basically if your going down a hill and your wheels are limited to 20 m/s anything over that will make your wheels rpm not go up anymore or lock the wheel up until it goes under 20m/s
