When attempting to complete "Fireworks", exploding a fuel tank with a boom power of 3770 creates only a very minor explosion, and does not complete the mission requirement.

Even if the value displays 3770 in the designer, if you burn the fuel in flight the boom power of that fuel tank goes down

The fuel is definitely not burned in flight, the fuel tank is connected to an engine that’s in a stage that has not yet been activated.
