it seems that guns that i have that had previously worked no longer do. it seems that instead of colliding and exloding they seems to just phase through, and on the off chance they do collide it glitches around like crazy and refuses to explode. At first i thought it was the ammo at fault, but then i revisted past guns and they dont work either (even though they used to)
Add option to enable/disable Continuous Dynamic for rigid bodies to prevent passing through collisions.

This is a tough bug to investigate, because the outcome can be so variable. In fact, I'm surprised it ever collided at all with any consistency. High moving projectiles are known to be hit or miss (no pun intended) because we don't currently support Continuous Dynamic mode for rigid bodies in SR2. I've switched this to a suggestion calling for support of toggling CD mode on/off for specific rigid bodies.

@AndrewGarrison yep gotcha. It used to to be pretty consistent it seems bigger projectiles going very fast get the best result, in my experience a decently sized bullet (had) a 80-90% chance of resulting in an explosion on contact when traveling 50+m/s. Smaller bullets always had iffy collisions but now they seems to be completely ineffective... thank you for the response :D
