Entering SOI of current target throws exception

1. Load the sandbox
2. Set the moon as the target
3. Fast forward until the player craft enters the SOI of the moon
4. Notice the moon is still the target after entering and exceptions start showing up in the Console.

For example:
(frame: 2324) - Enter info taking a long time: 61 iterations...breaking
