"Broadcast (message) to craft (craft ID) with data (data)" block in vizzy

In vizzy, as far as I know it is impossible to communicate between two separate crafts. You can communicate to the same program and even to different command pods/chips that are connected to the craft you are using, but unless I am missing something it is not possible to communicate to different flight programs as soon as the two command pods/chips are disconnected and become their own crafts. I think a new broadcast block that can send a message to a specific craft could be very helpful.
