Im not fully sure if this is a bug but RCS will fire even if there is no adjustment necessary. What i mean is that when i lock a velocity, i.e. lock prograde, retrograde, current, or target, the rcs thruster will fire even after my velocity is aligned. This wastes alot of fuel and can cause out of control spinning. This happens everytime i use RCS multidierctional thruster whether I'm landed or am in flight. The pictures are just an example.
