The Zero point of the X, Y, and Z axis moves incrementally further off center relative to the center of the craft with the continuous addition and deletion of asymmetrically attached parts.

For an example download my model of the Gemini rocket. Look through the axis placement of the service module and see that all of the fuselage pieces are slightly off center. The initial placement of these parts read X,0, Y,0 but have since drifted due to the asymmetric addition of other parts.

No, parts already attached to a command pod will move ever so slightly off center when adding other parts asymmetrically. If I have a fuel tank set zero, zero on the X and Z axis and begin adding other parts asymmetrically to it, that original tank will slowly drift and show values like +- 0.1 or 0.73 on X and Z axis.
I suspect this is due to ‘undoing’ placements where the craft is reloaded and reset. When building a craft If the problem is not caught immediately it will compound over time to where parts will have drifted over a meter away from the axis they were placed in.
I am using an iPhone 8 Plus.
Ps. This game is truly incredible and I play it far more than is probably healthy. So thank you for all sweet times and good fun I’ve had with this program.
