I havent found the cause of this, however I have switched saves, restarted my PC and then reinstalled the game to no avail. Things were going okay until i decided to finally unlock parachutes for this mission. I put them on and launched, then the game has massive stutters every other second or so. Taking them off has done nothing either.
nope. i know whats going on. Its not simple rockets. its my PC. something got in the USB and is causing the primary audio device to switch constantly. I knew thats what it was because the weather app on my home bar is flickering something, and now other games stutter.
