The Rocket Sound file for all rockets has a hard sound overlap from the begining to the end of the file, when it does it is uncomfortable on the ears especially when listening with headphones, it almost makes you twitch, odd.
Thanks for taking a look at this.

I had to rename your account to ROCKET_NAME, as ROCKETMAN (with no space) was already taken.

How did you manage to get a space in your username? I need to rename your user account and get rid of that. It causes problems with the website. If sometime soon you try to login and you can't, then try logging in with ROCKETMAN (without the space).

I think I know what you mean now. I think it's not the audio effect itself, but the way the game recenters itself periodically to keep the simulation close to the origin. Sometimes when that happens, you hear a hiccup with audio, especially looping audio like engines.

I have heard it with different rockets. I just tried the Simple Beast for example.
This time I did not hear it with the first stage, I did hear it with the second stage going sideways but not straight up. the sound pulse averaged from 22 to 24 seconds in betwhttps://www.simplerockets.com/Post/SubmitComment/29351een pulses at full power. The third stage was between 37 to 40 seconds between pulses at full power. If you are wearing headphones the left and the right are out of sync when they pulse and it has an odd effect on your auditory response. I have heard it with other simulators like x-plane in an aircraft engine noise at the beginning and the end when they loop. I fixed it by trimming the sound loop in logic to match the peaks. I think that is what it is but I don’t know how your code works, anyway thanks for taking a look at it. You have a great game keep up the good work.

I'm not able to hear the glitch. Can you provide a little more information about the bug? What is your throttle set at? How many engines are you firing? What engine type(s) have the issue?
