No steam effect at DSC Large Launch Pad

In the new solar system at the Large Launch Pad on droo (not the new raised one), when you launch a craft there is no steam effect. I do not know if it was intentional or not. To reproduce just launch any craft with a rocket engine from the "DSC Launch Pad Large".

    As of now, we have particle effects only in the raised launchpad. We may change that in the future, but it's not 100% sure.
