@pedro16797 I was busy in my online school studies these days sorry that I not replied for that. I am just replying to say thanks. The response of jundroo to the users is best ever till I had ever seen(compared to each and every other company or whatever) I mean you give replies so instantly and that also working(always). Try downloading the latest version of the game.
If that doesn't solve the problem try downloading and installing the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019

By the way, going through your bug report again I've noticed that the game is launching from a folder in the desktop, that may be related to this bug. Where did you buy the game?
