It should be possible to edit the input and max/min value writing then like in pc, in many cases having to use the arrows is painful

I would prefer to keep the text inputs disabled by default on mobile because the only way to scroll on mobile is to tap and drag and I can see players getting confused/annoyed by ending up with a keyboard popping up randomly.
However, I do agree that some players would like it, so I have enabled text input on spinner elements if the Tinker Panel is enabled. This will require restarting the designer after enabling the Tinker Panel for it to take effect.
