Metallic Hydrogen engines

A cool late game engine which uses metallic hydrogen as fuel, the most effective rocket fuel known to us. It may be large and expensive, but if you really want that efficiency and possibly power, this will be your choice. Wikipedia article for metallic hydrogen has a lot of info about it.
