Game gets Laggy when Zooming/Panning Camera

The game gets to be INSANELY laggy when I was zooming in my craft and panning around.
There is one craft next to my craft.

    @AndrewGarrison The framerate goes up at certain ares ex:
    Cylero: Good framerate
    Luna: bad framerate
    Droo: Good framerate
    Space (orbit): Good

    I would recommend turning down quality settings until the game runs at an acceptable frame rate.
