I have another craft landed (a roadster) but I can only see it in the main menu, in the map view and even in the linked sandbox the roadster doesn't show up

It appears the sandbox didn't record the state of that car as grounded, so it continued its orbit and crashed into the ground and destroyed it. If you exit the game and come back in is the car still visible int he main menu?

@AndrewGarrison yep, but as soon as I open it the car just explodes
