not entirely sure how i did this but i accepted 2 small sat contracts 1 for 2 sats and one for 1 sat
i put all 3 on a ship and launched it into orbit
i manually assigned the missions for each one and named one of them different so i knew which one to deploy when
i can activate 1 of the 2 small sats for the 2 sat mission
but as soon as i try to activate the part for the second sat it deploys the third sat 2
too*
i tried deploying just the 1 sat for the 1 sat mission and it didn't do anything when i activated it

also sometimes when i click on the small sat there is no activation button
they are part of staging but i'm not using staging to deploy them
i put the 1 small sat on one stage and the 2 on a later stage
when i stage the first stage with a small sat on it nothing happens
it doesn't deploy the sat like it is supposed to
the only way to actually deploy the 1 sat for the 1 sat mission to deploy the other sat for the 2 sat mission

Dev Notes: Prevent changing the name of a payload part or use modifier IDs instead.
