Shipyards

A shipyard that can be placed on planets or in orbit.The shipyard would be “powered” by some sort of parts block and electricity.They would set a whole new level of end-game progression because they would allow for massive spacecrafts to be built.However the larger the spacecraft the more parts it requires.
