Allow planets with the same name for *replacing* an existing planet

So that crafts at the replaced planet are carried over to the replacement.
That was possible until the recent patch, now you have to first give the replacement planet a different name, then replace, then change the name of the replacement to the original name. (and it seems that planetstudio can get confused in the process)
