inclination 0 early contract requirement

issue: the scientist gave me 2 contracts and each of them has a requirement to have orbit with 0 degress inclination. most probably this is a bug, because it's not possible to achieve inclination at launch lower than the latitude of the launch site (first launch site is not on the equator).
and changing inclination after launch is very expensive and hard (especially for new players, who don't know, for example, that it is more efficient to raise apoapsis before making inclination change burn).
additional notes: I'm very early in the game with very little technologies unlocked, and didn't play it before the career mode, so it is possible I'm missing something, but this would be another issue related to UX.
