The command chip can only be attached to from the bottom. By adding attachment points to the top and sides we can then bury this piece inside aerodynamic bodies. At the moment, to attach a parachute to the CPU I place the chip on the top of a block and a parachute on the side, then I use rotation and translation tools to place the parachute in roughly the right position.
