Allow docking ports to "Hard Dock", or to be completely fused into a single group to lower lag.

Currently, huge space stations cause a significant amount of lag just because of how many independently moving modules there are. I would love the option for "hard docking" where the parts are grouped together. Maybe the docking port needs to take time to hard dock, or something, or become more expensive if it has the option to hard dock, much like docking magnets becoming more expensive the more powerful the magnet it has.
