Right now it's very hard to make small/light rovers because the wheel torque is way to high even if the slider is set to minimum. It's hard to control rovers on starting planet and it's even harder to control on low gravity planets / moons.
I propose that wheel torque should scales with the wheel size (if this does scale, it should scale more aggressively).

I agree! My last rover I had the torque set to the lowest setting and the gearing set to the highest. It was still maxing at 17 or 18 m/s which is far to fast.
