I started rotating the ship by myself, after that I tried to lock it but a problem happens.
It's spining so fast that when it's pitch rotation value is 100%, but when approaching the desired direction it jumps to -100% and rotates in an unstopable loop.
I don't know if this is a desing failure, i just downloaded this ship and launched it. The screenshot doesn't show much :(

Try slowing down time
I saw in the development that they arranged the autopilot so it’s smoother, so it might be OK now.
but it’s also harder for the computer to calculate with precision the amount of force needed to tilt the rocket perfectly when too many things happen at a time, considering the fact that the autopilot’s job is to get to the desired angle as fast as possible
