When an astronaut boards a craft, they become the primary command pod. This breaks action groups, staging, and pilot heading. Players have to manually switch to the actual chip.

@Kell By "have the autopilot running" I'm assuming you mean the Vizzy program? I can see that Vizzy is not staging properly when you're controlling an astronaut...I imagine it might be due to the heading being incorrect, but I have not investigated.

@PhilipTarpley Try controlling this craft through the astronaut and have the autopilot running. The rocket explodes when staging, although I am unsure why.
Also, astronauts on mobile do not have a proper throttle slider so that makes controlling crafts difficult.

@Kell I have tried several craft, and staging appears to be working from what I can tell. Can you give me a craft/scenario where it isn't working as you'd expect? I know pilot heading will be different, and I can see that activation groups are not synchronizing, though.

No just have the activation groups carry over
