Replacing a star in a solar system with the same star causes the star to disappear, you can no longer select planets and saving the system and loading it leaves just the star that was supposed to replace it. Steps to reproduce: Replace a star in a solar system with the exact same object (The solar system this was done in contains more than 80 objects, in case it happens in object heavy systems)
