Re-Enter / Steam Trails and Android 9.0 when enabled this option causes ring-shaped lights around the planet and when the player's camera rotates the lights follow your camera if possible correct this glitch please.

@AndrewGarrison Well it looks a lot like your comment but it hasn't been duplicated since I have been suffering with this bug for a long time :)
